This is a fantastic tent, large with three great bedrooms. The lounge area can be very snug in storms with a carpet. We have an awning which attaches to the porch giving lots of space for chairs, shoes etc.
It takes about 45/60 minutes to erect properly- which we have even done in the dark! It does take two to put up but we have got it down to a fine art. Great for family holidays - but not for a one night overnight stop.
The only downside is that for some campsites they don't have big enough pitches.!

This tent is HUGE - great living area plenty big enough for wet days and can be set out nicely with wardrobes etc, they feel like they belong not just plonked ! Lots of built in storage compartments also a real help. Bedrooms are big enough for a queen size double air bed with room rather side ! Lots of windows for added light also. I love that you have the side door options, enabling you to shut off the porch area.
The reasons I didn't give 10 out of 10 are the fact it only has adjustable pegging straps on one side of the tent and the fact you have to unzip the flynets separately to unzip the main door.
Great long stay tent or a tent with a few kids
