We got this tent for the space and we love it. There are only 2 of us and a small dog.

The amount of space is great, we can have the table set up and kitchen with 2 surfaces and still have lots of room spare.

We recently spent a week in wales on a cliff top and we got battered by winds of over 30mph and while other tents around us were collapsing and the owners packing away because of the weather we just sat in our strong sturdy tent as if nothing was happening.

The tent is quite easy to erect and take down but it does need 2 people really but I have erected it on my own a couple of times.

The only gripe I have about it is the door.

When it has been raining and you open the door the rain runs inside the tent.

Also the mesh inside door panels could do with having a double zip on so you can unzip them from top to bottom as well as from bottom to top.

All in all though the tent is great if you need space and it is very strong and stable.

Brilliant tent.

I'd only ever owned a dome tent before this and I have to say its awesome, great size, plenty of space, and easy to pitch. It took me and the wife about 30mins to pitch the first time. It stands up to rain and wind really well.

The size is great as its not too big for the pitches at most sites. Also the way the windows work is brilliant, you always have the option of just the right amount of privacy.

Definitely converted to the tunnel tent now.

First tent arrived with a pole missing so we had wait on replacement tent.

Overall I love this tent and after having a few, I think I've found THE ONE (my budget allows)! We had lots of rain and we had no leaks at all. Felt confident in the slight wind and it definitely moved much less than the fibreglass poled tents, feels sturdy.

The good.

Living space is huge.

Bedroom pod is usual size, sleeps two camp beds comfortably, could squish more in but we like space between beds and room to store belongings and move around.

Two entrances, both fully zippered with insect screens which for the scottish midgie is not preferable it's necessary.

Wind shields at sides of tent (when used with a tarp) give extra space for keeping things dry.

Very easy to put up, far easier than our other large fibreglass poled tent. We were concerned about the weight in putting up the steel poles but we need not have worried. Thread the roof pole through the shortened sleeve and attach the leg pole at each end. Didn't have any issues with the pin going in the end of the pole. Tent up and guyed in about a half hour.

Storage pockets in bedroom and in the area surrounding the bedroom pod

The not so good.

The insect screen has one zip which goes from top left to bottom left in a semi circle but it's so fiddly to find stuck away in the lower corner.

Closing the doors from the inside is tricky, especially closing it fully down to the bottom.

It's very heavy, however we carry the poles in a separate bag and it makes it much easier to lift and carry.

We found taking apart the poles tricky when packing up, a bit of twisting to get them to line up properly but we got there in the end.

Lantern hanging point in living area came away when I tried to thread fairy lights through it, no way it would stand up to a lantern. It's not something I'm worried about but prob down to poor workmanship.

The good in this tent far outweigh the bad and it really is perfect for us.

Just had our first trip and truly weather tested the tent, wind And rain could not spoil our trip, easy to pitch and very spacious. Only negatives are bedroom divider pointless, not fully partitioned, and I would say not a 5 berth but a spacious 4 as you can only fit 2 double air beds, also doors are single zips as opposed to double, so lacking in versatility.

Apart from them minor issues well worth the money £250, and finished off nicely with a carpet, next season I will be adding the porch.

Very easy to put up with colour coded poles. Spec says 20 mins but can be done in 10 with practice.

Bought on sale for £300 and picked the footprint, carpet & Canopy up for an extra £170 so have lots of room and adaptability for short and long breaks.

Poles are metal so will last longer and are more sturdy than Fibreglass.

I recently bought this tent but I'm yet to use it for camping purposes, I have pitched it and I'm very happy with the size and living space, It is a two person pitch and takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

I purchased it from the field and treck and it cost me £250 Which was the cheapest that I could find online.

I have booked a pich next week in the Lake District and am looking forward to going camping.
