I bought this tent as a weekend tent for me and my middle son,so we could do some bonding, ive always bought Vango tents and although this is a lower end tent it still has all the great Vango features such as the sewn in groundsheet. Its easy to erect taking no time at all, which is ideal been an inner first pitch.
We used this for the first time in october and it rained pretty much the whole weekend yet we stayed dry throughout. The added porch groundsheet in is a great addition, although if it was detachable like our comumbia 600 wouod be even better, the blackout inner does block out a lot of light which really does help those sleep ins or early bed times, we where near a toilet block with flood lighting and you couldn't see them hardly at all.
As with reviews on other sites it needs more pegs for the pitch instructions (6 extra) but you can manage with whats supplied.
We also bouught the adventure tarp as an extra and glad we did as it gives that little bit extra room for cooking although without it we could manage with just the door proped up with the additional king poles I bought.
All in all a good tent for the price, did us well and im sure wilo do for many trips to come.
