Bought this tent for a particular trip to Snowdonia. The tent is quoted as a three berth but it is comfortable for two adults and associated kit for an extended trip. Sets up well and quickly with the minimum of fuss, full net doors a god sent when the midges are about. Tent held up to torrential rain and fairly high winds on both exposed and comparatively sheltered sites. Does get quite warm inside during bright weather the temperature moderator may be a good idea.
The front fly does not have a zip on the base of the fly sheet when closed, just a central Velcro tab although this did not have any effect on the water shedding abilities of the fly sheet; admittedly pitched tail to wind. Some moderate condensation was evident after cooler nights but soon alleviated by using the sheltered side door entrance, that can be utilised in all but the heaviest downpours. Although we did not use an electric hook-up, it seemed slightly incongruent to have the cable flap on the side door side, time will tell later in the year.
Manufacturing quality is high, as one would expect of a wild country product, the pitch is quite taught and stayed so despite very heavy rain. A few very minor gripes so only 8 out of 10.
Overall a very good capable tent for a couple during an extended trip, or possibly a couple and a young child for a weekend.
