The Helm Compact 3 is a well proportioned, free-standing 3-person dome tent perfect for three looking for a good-sized tent or two people wanting more space. With a compact pack size of just 32x24cm, it's easy to pack into rucksacks or panniers. A good choice for medium duration backpacking trips where more space might be required for a bit more comfort.
► The inner tent has plenty of headroom and the two porches provide plenty of space for storing gear.
► Suitable for 3 season camping, the dome style provides more stability.
► The inner tent and flysheet pitch as one and the combined inner and flysheet pegging points make it even quicker to set up.
► Both inner doors feature mesh panels providing plenty of ventilation to suit varying conditions.
► It's easy to pack away when it's time to move on with a side opening tarp style tent bag - simply roll the tent into the bag and pull tight.
Designed for wild camping as well as campsites the Helm Compact 3 is an ideal choice for backpackers and campers looking for a roomy 3 person tent.
Key differences between the Helm Compact 3 and Helm 3:
Helm Compact 3 is even quicker and easier to pitch, with new flysheet colour, yellow reflective guylines with cleat style runners, side opening tarp style tent bag, compact pack size (32x24cm), ventilation panels only on the front and rear inner doors.
We recommend using a footprint that sits under the groundsheet and porch area to help prolong the life of your tent. A footprint for the Helm Compact 3 is available.
