This is the first tent we bought on 2008 and have used it regularly since.

As first time campers it has been a lovely tent.

It has just 3 poles to insert and they are colour coded so you cannot get them the wrong way round. It only took 30 minutes to put up the first time round, but now we can do it in about 15-20 mins.

It has withstood torrential rain and gale force winds on numerous occasions although I would suggest investing in stronger pegs than those supplied.

There are only 2 of us and so the space is good, but I think it would be a squeeze if 4 people were in it.

It is a great little tent for the first time camper.

We only paid Ł110 for it in 2008.

Manufacturer's Description

The Wynnster Mallard 4 is a super tunnel tent offering comfortable sleeping accomodation and a huge porch.

It is ideally suited to weekend camping and general use and pitches flyesheet first making it easy to assemble.

The Mallard 4 benefits from PVC windows so that you can allow in light and watch the world go by. It also has roll up windows that let in more light and improve the ventilation and help reduce the build up of condensation.

The tent comes complete with a detachable groundsheet in the porch/living space to keep everything dry and sewn in groundsheets in the bedroom.

The Mallard is also available in a 6 berth version.
