My wife and myself were torn between a few tents, mainly due to size, cost and the look. We bought this tent in 2009 being that we hadn't camped for a few years and the old 4 man tent in the shed looked like it had seen better days. The first time we used it was at a campsite up on Dartmoor (Princetown). We had put it up in the garden and it was easy to put up, anyway the long weekend turned into a very wet and windy one but the tent held up very well where as a few tents were drenched and the families went home.
All in all it was sturdy and we stayed dry. We've since used it a few times and we have been very happy with it. We have since brought a footprint and a carpet for it and a few spare poles for just in case emergencies as you never no what is around the corner. All in all we are pleased with the tent and our first trip is already booked for April this year so in 2010 it will be well used.
