2 Reviews of the Crestline 2 L

If you can still find these to buy id snap one up quick. I got this 2 years ago and have used it over 10 times since. It's still waterproof and the poles are still going strong.

If used as a two man tent don't expect to get anything other than the two people in, I use it as a spacious one man backpacker tent with a self inflating mat. I have room for all my other gear inside and can sit up no problem, it weighs in at about 2.8kg which is ok for me with a 65ltr rucksack.

It takes 5 minutes to put up and fits back in the bag when you take it down. Easy camping life !

Because of its dome shape it's not the best in high wind, it tends to bend in on you and it was a bit disturbing at first but I just accept it will happen now and it's still in one piece despite the hammering it's taken.

Good ventilation that can be closed off if needed. The plastic window in the front probably adds a bit of weight but is handy if your stuck in the tent when its hammering down with rain outside or you just want to see whats going on.

Good value tent.

Excellent Tent. Very good ventilation, Overall, easy and quick to erect, can be done in 2mins when practised.

Not for anyone tall though. It is good for anyone using roll mats/self-inflating mats and small blow-up beds. Beware: if you're using a thick blow-up (8cm+) then your feet will touch the ends. 2-man tent only, and a small porch (with no groundsheet, just a shoe mat). Very lightweight and compact considering it's a double skin.

Handy extras such as: hanging loop for a torch, 2 accessory pockets, inlet for electric wire (bit unnecessary on a such a small tent), and it can be carried split and shared between 2 people.
