3 Reviews of the Voyager XL 5

You honestly would not want to get 5 people in this tent to sleep, perhaps big enough for 3 but even that would be a push. It was however very good when we had the caravan as a tent in which our 2 girls could have their own space (and leave mum and dad theirs).
Compact, light and more than adequate for the 2 of them, just a shame there was no concrete wall through the middle so they each had their own side!

Great tent, still going strong. Just make sure it is dry etc when packed away and it will give you years of use.
It is very water proof once we use the supplied roll on for the seals in archway. Its main claim to fame that my wife and I used it in Calais region in a campsite by a wind farm!. We had week of none stop storms and the only moisture we had in the tent was water which came in of our clothes and just the general damp air which was about all the time. At one point we could feel the water running under the ground sheet!
The only thing I have had to do with the tent is as I said earlier we used the supplied roll on, as when we first used it, it leaked through the seams on the porchway. And just this week I had to replace the shock cord in the poles as they had become over stretched.
We use the tent for about 30 days use each year
A lot of tent for the price we paid!

We use this tent when we have weekends away on the motorbike,we usually end up erecting this by headlamp, but it goes up so easily it is no problem. For the folded up size and weight it opens out into a real tardis, plenty of room for the bike gear in the front. The only problem is the condensation, there were only two of us and it was bad. I would think that 5 people sleeping would be terrible.A tip. We use a
Polythene dust sheet from Wilkinsons as a ground sheet, as this is only £1 a roll, and extremely light and can be thrown away on site, and saves on washing the ground sheet on the tent.About 4 to 5 lengths on a roll.
