Sizeable and easy to erect, great vision from inside the tent. I have erected it on my own but obviously easier with 2 people. The long poles buckle if the wind is strong but otherwise a good tent with plenty of space inside. Although it's listed as a 6 berth, like many tents it's better with fewer people so you have more room.

Hi. I owned and used this tent for 2 seasons it worked well apart from the condensation inside when it rained it used to drip from the roof making everything damp. A wet and windy 2 week trip to cornwall finished this tent off not only had it started to leak in 2 places. We pitched the tent with the back of the tent into the wind and the 2 long poles that go from front to back have no support from the guys at all and just get pushed down to the floor by the wind till they break. We had to drop the tent and put up our little 2 man before it was completely wrecked. This was before the gales had even started, ours was one of the few tents to need this, and the others that did were poorly pitched. So to round up if it's going to be dry and not to windy it's a ok but don't expected to for it to last to long even then.

We had a large and heavy Outwell Utah 6 and decided to downsize to the gelert and a year since buying am very pleased with the tent.We spent 2 weeks in Holland/Belgium last summer and coped well with a few rainy days,no leaks.Tent is sturdy and seems well made with no faults so far.Bought the front canopy to add a cooking and eating area and this is a must buy, very handy. We have used the tent several times now and would recommend it for people looking for a spacious and cheapish tent.

Once again Gelert have fitted my criteria perfectly!

Bought this as a smaller weekend tent to our Horizon 8! isn't actually that much smaller but great for weekends for 5 of us and of course a different layout which I prefer if I am camping on my own with kids.

Haven't bought the porch (yet)but I am sure I will!

The only down side to this would be how heavy it is.

Overall really pleased and would recommend
