We brought this to use as a small frame tent to sleep in and live in for overnight/weekend camping whilst racing. It has served us well for over 15 years and is still used occasionally as a delux bathroom and bike store whilst away on our main holidays. It will take a double airbed and still leave room for a holdall and shoes down the side - no inner tent so look out for the creepy crawlies!. It has stood up to all weathers and has thoroughly been used and abused, over 14 weekends away per year, and is still going strong. Our rear window had the old loop and button system so there was never a problem with it flapping you just double looped it. Only problem we had encountered was that eventually one of the door zips broke and had to be replaced. This tent has been worth every penny we spent on it.

I use this tent for cooking in and for shelter from the rain. It is large enough to accommodate a double table holding my cooker with space to prepare food, a couple of storage boxes, calor bottle and 2 chairs. I have room to cook breakfast comfortably and then relax in a chair with the canopy open and watch the world go by!
It does have a couple of bad points however. In some heavy wind and rain last year the steel poles did deform a little (just enough so that you notice it when pitching). In rain, the water pools on the roof and leaks through overnight. Worst of all, the rear window flap really does flap in the wind! The only means of securing it is with 3 velcro tabs. I ended up wrapping 2 small stones into the corners and tying some paracord to them to use as guy ropes. I might consider replacing it with perhaps an O R Outhouse XL.
