We Own 2 of This type, one the 350 sized awning without the Kitchen area, and one the earlier style 400 with the bay front, rather than the flat front of later versions.
We use them for Radio Contesting, rather than generally camping, They survive fairly well on our Cliff top site, although we did destroy a 400se awning that our 350 is now fitted with, However the storm that destroyed this was completly out of the ordinary.
Club members like the raised beds, especialy as most of us are mid 40's onwards, find them quite easy to pitch and easily managable by 2-3 people
