I bought this as an emergency purchase when my Khyam tent broke beyond repair mid camping trip. We had nowhere to sleep that night so I wanted something fairly big but also cheap. I've never bought a tent this cheap before and I'm more used to Outwell or Kyham 'quality'. Ha ha.
Its got a large living area with 2 good size windows. Bedroom is very big and can be divided into two or left as one big bedroom. My main problem with the design is that the main front door slopes at an angle which means if it rains and you open the door then quite a bit of water comes in the tent. Better to use the side door. Also the groundsheet (not a SIG) comes to close to the front door and in the night when it rained water got onto the ground sheet and then collected in a puddle in the middle of the tent. I think folding the groundsheet back a couple of inches at night would be good.
However my main problem has got to be the quality. The first one I got as I put one of the shock corded poles together the welded metal bit that joins 2 of the pole sections came unwelded and therefore unusable. So a replacement tent was quickly dropped off by the nice local tent shop. The man actually stayed to put the 2nd one up for me and as he attached the inner to the outer a huge hole ripped in the inner. Maybe I was unlucky but it doesn't look good when the first 2 tents are useless. He then used the inner from the first tent and that was fine. It was used for another 4 days with no problems.
