This Vango product is poorly specified on a few points;
(A) The Guy Runners are cheap and offer no locking facility. Consequently, they slip loose.
(B) The shock cords that hang the rolled up main door are far too short and for anyone suffering with arthritis, they are a nightmare.
(C) The peg down straps to the main wall bottoms are an awful and cheap design they are far too short and virtually unadjustable.
(D) The Throw over straps to the van/awning connection have no adjustment at all. They appear to have, but in practise, they are useless and I resorted to doubling over and knotting the strap.
(E) There is no drive away kit and the people I bought the awning from offered me a Kampa Limpet system which in the event lasted just three trips.
Four out of six of the limpet fixings failed
I appreciate this is not a Vango fault, though some worthwhile advice might have been forthcoming from Vango's supplier.
