We have visited El Templo plenty of times over the years. Lovely naturist site right in front of an official naturist beach the Platya del Torn about 1km in length with concrete steps & also a slope down to beach.
Very expensive in July/Aug peak but off peak in Oct it worked out at less than 20€pn so good value with weather still warm & sunny & temps in the 20s. Winds can be very strong though but warm wind. You need to park your unit with door facing the sea as wind seems to blow mostly from the land & sea stays fairly calm.
Sanitary facilities are good & kept well clean. Plenty of hot water at good pressure available. Tap water is imho undrinkable though. Ok if boiled for tea etc but you will need to get bottled water for drinking.
Facility blocks are in centre & end of site by pool so you can be quite a distance from them unless you choose a pitch in a row near them. Pitches are quite small as with most Spanish sites. Pitches are mostly bare dusty earth but that just goes with the territory. Parking is mostly adjacent to pitches on separate marked spaces. Price includes electric hookup as standard.
Swimming pool is large & really nice. There is also a large bubble tub & smaller hot tubs as well. This is a 5star site.
The nearby town is nice with a large Sunday market & plenty of cafes etc. There are Lidl & Mercadona supermarkets within a 5minute drive & also a small supermarket on the campsite as well as bar & restaurant.
Wonderful 16 night stay in a naturist paradise. Apart from the admin and social areas eg shop / restaurant and reception no clothes. Freedom and friendliness. Superb pools, giant Jacuzzi bars and cafes 2 on beach, one at pools and near reception where there also a restaurant. Very friendly and helpful at reception.
Ablutions blocks immaculate.
Beach in a fabulous sheltered bay. Very safe sea shallow once passed the pebble line.
Good walks marked on the back drop mountains.
However did not go far to attractive so stayed on site.
Recommend to anyone wanting the sand sea but sans clothes.
Oh the trains are interesting but I understand will be on a new line well away soon.
