Lovely clean site pitches with lots of room, family bathrooms clean and amenity building friendly staff,
Stayed at this site many years ago on two or three occasions with parents
Good location for nearby fleetwood / blackpool
And local walks,

Lovely site, well maintained, very peaceful, well organised & suitable door all adults & children including those with disabilities.
The site is a great base for those wanting to travel around the Blackpool area, I know there is a bus from outside the site too although we never used it.
It's not the cheapest site for the facilities it has but worth it to us as we met up with our young ones mates from previous years.
We've been visiting Kneps several times a year for over 10 years & we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Bathrooms good.
Standard pitches a bit small as caravans and awnings keep getting bigger therefore hardly any gap between pitches. Car on next pitch about 2ft away.
Nice grass area behind standard pitches.

Stayed here 3 nights, just what we needed to start our 10 years of travelling,
Quiet relaxed site,
Spotless toilets and shower block, really well maintained site.
Ron and Deborah have worked well in getting it to what it is now.
Close to wonderful walking alongside the watersedge, only 5 - 10 minute drive into the high street of Thornton Cleverley and miles of sandy beach.

Lovely site, well looked after, great facilities,
Situated near the Wyre estuary, 5 minutes from anywhere, Cloverley, Fleetwood, lovely park on your doorstep.
Would recommend to anyone.
Dog and child friendly. 5 stars.

We have been coming to kneps farm for years,
It is a beautiful well maintained site lovely facilities (when open but closed at minute due to COVID ) toilets are always clean and tidy.
Staff are always very cheerful, helpful and nothing too much trouble
5 stars ⭐️ all way
Would fully recommend this site to any one.

Very clean and tidy site, peaceful and set just outside a country park.
Would definitely recommend and visit again.
Facilities were very clean although restricted access due to covid.
Asked about a late departure as we were seeing family, not a problem just un hooked everything and left just over a hour late.
Very nice people brilliant weekend, thank you.

We have just returned and we have had a really nice time
Did not feel at risk at any time, they had hand sanitizer around the site and the taps were sanitized very regular.
