 Just returned from a three day break in a 'silver' standard 'van. The first one we were put in was a privately owned sublet back to Park Resorts. I understood this and that the type of furnishings etc would vary. However, we had a catelogue of missing, dirty or broken items. I can understand one or two but not everywhere you look, esp. When it cost over £400 for three nights. Our biggest concern was over fire safety - one of the exit doors was broken so it could not be used in an emergency. We argued our case and eventually got moved to another caravan. I do not think was privately owned. Whilst we were happy with the safety it was still of questionable quality. The over all site is tired with wheelie bins over flowing the day we arrived.

Just come home after spending a long weekend at Romney Sands Holiday Park.
We stayed at a friends chalet, so cannot comment on accommodation. But the site is 100% a brilliant family site.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The children's club is excellent. There's activities during the day for all ages, in the evening there's the disco and if you book in advance you can have breakfast with the Sparkey Krew.
The club house is well set out, with the main dance area sectioned off. So if you want a quieter evening out you can.
Would recommend this place over and over.
