Tribfest is the summers biggest
tribute music festival in East Yorkshire, probably Europe, now in its 3rd
year!
This year's festival will be held at The Beverley Polo Club, Tickton (Near
Beverley) 7 Miles from Hull on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd August 2009.
The idea of Tribfest is to enable families to enjoy an affordable,
fantastic, fun weekend away, meeting fellow festival friends old and new,
whilst listening to some great live music. Who will be performing on a stage
of high quality with big screens and top sound and lighting to accompany
this.
This year we have booked 20 top tribute bands, which are specifically chosen
to cover a wide range of age groups so at least everyone knows some of the
music, or better still all of it! We also have various marquees around the
site with lots to do. Lookalikes, VIP area/bar, main bar, local bands, kid
zone, trade stands - food and non food. Plus camping is free with your
weekend pass!
All the regular services you would find at any other major festival are
provided, toilets, showers, electrical hook ups, first aid, top security and
fun friendly staff.
Tribfest has already made some big waves having been nominated for 4 UK
Festival Awards in 2008.
Best Toilets, Best Small Festival, Best Family Festival and Best Line Up.
Tribfest has a capacity of 5,000 so it doesn't get overcrowded like some of
the other festivals, but has achieved great acclaim in such a short space of
time..
The Festival is an affordable event with no rip off prices you get with
the bigger Festivals. All food and drink will be reasonably priced.

FREE CAMPING
All weekend tickets will allow you to camp in a tent free of charge. Car Parking for the weekend is £10 whether you are camping or not. Tribfest have allocated an area for camper vans /caravans a fee of £25 is payable, which includes your car parking which you can have alongside your caravan.
Plus If you decide to have an electric hook up add another £25.
VIP CAMPING
All VIP weekend tickets bought also allows free camping/parking next to
the VIP area.
TOILETS
Yes the wonderful world of festival toilets Tribfest are making sure
there will be added toilet / washroom / Shower facilities all areas will be
supervised at all times during festival so you can be sure they are kept
clean 24/7
KIDFEST
Tribfest are in the process of putting together an area dedicated to the
Kids so far they have a child minding facility (small charge per hour) small
fun fair inc Roundabouts, Bouncy Castle, Scrapstore Workshop, with more to
be added keep checking their website.
IMPORTANT!! Ticket Booking Information
Tribfest is limited to 5,000 tickets per day and they are going fast. Once they
are sold out that will be it, so don't leave it too late book now!! For full

The site is open from Fri 21st 12 noon onwards, and we'd recommend getting
there on Friday to avoid the rush on Saturday, and bag a good pitch!
