Hi

always find lovely sites with pools and seaviews when we go down south (we are from manchester) but can anyone suggest one around wales or anywhere that isnt south or scotland, as dont want all that travelling this year?

Thanks for that, already checked there but unless I open every site up advertised, and there are loads in all the differnet areas, i cant tell.  Thought there used to be a search where you could tick boxes for things like pools parks etc but cant find it.

So thought it would be much quicker to ask   Dawn

thanks for that. Have tried to start the searching, and yes its a little easier now but still have to open up each one to find out if the pool is outdoor.

I have a very slow computer and it drives me mad waiting for each one to open only to find out its not got both .

Members have been so helpful in the past with their recomendations, so please if anyone can offer a site thats not too far north or south with outdoor pool and seaview, I would be really grateful.

This is where we are going in July/Aug.  The reviews on here are good.  I wanted a site that was near a town as dh can only come for 1 week but me and the kids have 2 weeks so he will take the car and come back for us which means we will be without a car so want to be able to escape and with the beach it ticked all boxes lol

There's the Burrs Country park in Bury, it doesnt have a swimming pool or a sea view but the river Irwell runs past it

We used Morfa Bychan all the time when we tented,  this being the one that has  spoilt us! However we now pull a 24ft 8 caravan and those roads are far too long and narrow to get the van up :(
