Most people who come to our site book for a few days and never seem to want to leave. We dont claim to be posh, just a nice friendly site - please read reviews.
There are some nice walks from Pond Farm via quiet roads and fields and along the the clifftop path. to the beach but not for the faint harted (down a fallan cliff face) (1mile)
The nearest Assessable beach is 2.3 mile at Overstrand a nice walk from our site to the beach.or drive and park. The site is 3.5 miles from the main town of Cromer
We have a rustic toilet & shower block & fully equipped kitchen with fridges/freezers, microwaves and toasters & hot water for washing, all FREE & open 24 hours.
We have Laundry facilities (by coin) Wi fi available on site at certain locations Free (but not brilliant)
Its an ideal quiet spot for cycling & walking. FOR Mainly TENTS NO electric hook ups.

We have a few pitches that can take up to 5m bell tents but early booking advised to avoid disappointment.
non peak times bigger tents would be okay.

BANK HOLIDAYS rates cover the 4 days over a holiday (friday night to monday night camping) £14.00 PER ADULT PER NIGHT (14 and over) £5.00 PER CHILD PER NIGHT AGE 5-13
under 5s are free but please tell us as we will need to allocate you a pitch in the childrens/couples field.

SORRY NO CAMPFIRES but barbecues are ok. Remember this is a quiet site especially after 10pm Dogs must be keep on some sort of leads at all times
The nearby holiday park is open to non members for use of gym, swimming, entertainment, bar and food and within 1 mile.

BEACH walk through the woods about 3 miles to the vilage of Overstrand, or drive to the beach & park on the clifftop about 3 miles .
Pond Farm Camping, Sidestrand, Cromer, NR27 OLW. FROM CROMER TAKE THE B1159 COAST ROAD THROUGH OVERSTRAND TO SIDESTRAND. From Sidestrand village sign take 1st right turn (sharp z bend) after 100yds turn right again for Northrepps,POND FARM is on your left (between 2 tall brick piers) come in drive turn left arrival offices on the left
You can take over your pitch from 12.30pm and no later than 9.00pm on day of arrival and must leave by 12.00 noon on day of departure.
