Pond farm is an excellent campsite, it might not suit all tastes as it doesn't have a club house, etc.
But is suits my style of camping, it has a well equipped on site shop with honesty box when you can pick up, a cup of tea, ice cream, sweets or even bread, butter and jam - so you can have a bit of breakfast without dirtying your frying pan!
Nice shower and toilet block with good shower pressure.

I had a great time. Clean shower and toilet facilities.
Manager on site. I felt very safe.
Has washing machine, kitchen with toasters, microwaves, fridges, cutlery and crockery if you have forgotten your own.
I can't wait till next May 2025 to book my next visit!

We loved this little campsite. We had a warm welcome from
Paul who was also very helpful.
It’s somewhere we would visit again if we’re in the area.
The facilities were clean and we had everything we needed.

We stayed at this campsite for the first time and Paul was so accommodating. Booked the day before arriving with no problem what so ever.
The pitches are of a decent size and the camp site had everything we needed. It was so clean and tidy. You can even wash and dry your clothes there.
Fridges and freezers, toaster and microwaves for all to use so you don’t need all that extra equipment to enjoy a camping adventure. You can even charge your phone there too.
Great location for Cromer but also other beaches in the area. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy a walk but Paul had a few suggestions in the kitchen of walks to the beach and more.
Will definitely return!

Cracking find, Paul the host is very friendly and couldn't do enough, even lending me some tools that I needed.
25 mins walk to the beach, 20 mins walk to a very good pub and 5 mins walk to a bus stop on the main coast road.
Site had everything you needed and a friendly retro backpackers feel to it all, hot showers, communal kitchen area with fridges, toasters and microwaves for campers to use, phone charging point, information point including maps with all the walks. Free air for airbeds etc.
Great honesty shop with the essentials in and tea / coffee facilities
Will definitely be back

Great site. Very clean toilets and showers.
Every amenity you could want. Quiet site, close to Overstrand.
Beautiful beaches and local walks.
Very friendly.
When we stayed, the site was quiet at 10pm each night. Kids loved the honesty box shop.
Everything had been thought about, from an air pressure hose to blow up your mattress to a toothbrush.

A very reasonable campsite with good, well maintained facilities.
It’s nice and quiet and only a 5 min drive to the beach.
We love the Thai noodles for sale in the kitchen too!

What a little gem of a find!
We don’t live far away and I can’t believe we’ve not been before.
Very friendly welcome, brilliant that they have separate adult and family field.
Hot showers and reasonably priced site.
Will definitely be back again. 👍
