This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only.

The Courts Campsite is a safe and secure, caravan and motorhome site, exclusively for Caravan and Motorhome Club members. Here you will enjoy 5 hard standing fully serviced pitches open all year round.
We have 5 fully-serviced all weather pitches to be enjoyed all year round.
We offer complimentary Wifi for all our guests.
Our campsite is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and natural getaway, with each of our pitches offering a level spot to park your motorhome or caravan.
Each pitch comes with access to a range of services including electricity, water, and waste disposal, ensuring that you have all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
Our campsite is designed to offer a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere, with plenty of space for kids to run around and explore.
Set in the serene woodlands of Little Baddow, Essex.
Despite its rural setting, it is close to several larger towns and cities, including Maldon and Chelmsford.
We are based in the beautiful woodlands of Little Baddow. We have the Little Baddow Heath Nature Reserve at our doorstop.
Our location offers a wide variety of activities. Walking Cycling Canoeing Paddle Boarding Fishing and Golf.

Direction to the site
Approach The Courts Campsite from either The Ridge (A414 ) or coming up North Hill (A12). If you are approaching from the A414 follow the Ridge for about a mile and you will see the The Generals on the left hand side. Carry on further and you will see a pink house on the right at this junction turn right into Spring Elms Lane. Proceed down Spring Elms Lane for about 1000 meters and you will find the entrance to the site on the left hand side. If you are following sat nav do not go down Mill Lane as this is very narrow. If you are coming up North Hill from the A12 follow the hill to the top and you will see a Pink House on the corner of Spring Elms Lane. Turn left into Spring Elms Lane for about 1000 meters and you will find the entrance to the site on the left.
