Utopia Paradise Caravan Park is located on a nature reserve, it nestles beside a secluded willow clad lake, in the charming village of Lyng. The touring caravan park is a tranquil 15 pitch, family run park for grown ups only, with a choice of breathtaking lakeside pitches, offering a unique peaceful atmosphere.
Lyng is a picturesque village steeped in history and legends lying in the Wensum valley. The village retains its old natural charm and is unspoilt by modern life, pub, garage, public telephone, riding stables and a nature reserve are all within a 5 minute walk.

Toilets - male & female, 1 unisex.
Chemical Closet.
Water point - for caravans + 1 for motor homes.
Electric hook-ups.- there is an option of
16 amp.
Recycling point.
Pets welcome - Dogs to be kept on leads.
Fishing -Fishing is allowed if you would like to try, but a very hard lake to fish, as not managed as a fishery but a nature reserve, and is not a commercial fishery

Pitch - per night £23.00.- up to 2 persons, extra person £3.50 per night.
Long stay (over 30 nights) £14.00 per night

Fishing - 2 rods free per van for people staying in van, guest to van must always pay if they wish to fish. Over two rods or day pass £3.50 per day.
Electricity- is metered- you pay for what you use.
Guests - visiting a van must pay £1.00 per person; if you purchase a fishing ticket you do not pay the £1.00 entrance fee

Lyng is situated 13 miles from the medieval Cathedral City of Norwich, with its historic buildings and museums (including Norwich Castle). Norwich has Cinemas, Theatres, Restaurants, and also excellent shopping including two Malls. Utopia Paradise is ideally positioned to visit the North Norfolk coast and the Norfolk Broads. Places to visit include Bygone Villages, Steam Railways, and magnificent stately homes, Pensthorpe Waterfowl Park, Norfolk Wildlife Centre, Garden and Craft Centres. Sporting activities are well catered for from Golf Barnham Broom and Wensum Valley Golf clubs to name just two, are in easy distance of Lyng. The area is a haven for cycling, walking, bird watching and Painting.

Directions For SatNav - NR9 5RF
Travelling along the A47 from Dereham direction of Norwich,
there is a slip road signed posted NORTH TUDDENHAM. On the left immediately after a lay by (B1110), leave the A47 by this slip road, at the T junction turn right follow this road into Lyng (SatNav can send you the wrong way). You will come to a staggered cross roads, turn right, in a few meters you will see a shop on your left, turn first left past the shop. Drive slowly as you are looking for a turning on the left (behind an old house that stands sideways to the road), Drive up the drive into Utopia Paradise.
