We are a small caravan and camping site on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales just a few miles from the market town of Leyburn. we have 14 pitches spread over three separate grass areas with mostly grass pitches, and we are open all year.
This is a working farm with a mixture of arable crops, sheep, pigs and of course the Campsite. As well as myself ( Simon ) there is my fiance Gaynor, Daughter Sophie and Eve, Eve lives on the farm for most of the year in a caravan and is the unofficial warden of the campsite.
We are open all year and can cater for whatever type of stay you require ( long or short ) and have a secure storage area if you wish to leave your van ( protected by locked gates, CCTV and Eve the warden ).
There is a shower and toilet on the site, which is cleaned regularly; and all other essential amenities you would expect on a small CL site.
We have now made some hard standing level pitches close to the CL site for those that require it along with a new shower and toilet block
Alongside the caravan club site we now have a second small site away from the caravan and motorhome club. Instead of bearing left onto the club site you stay on the drive which turns to the right and goes past the farmhouse, then infront of you you will see the entrance to the site. There are six pitches with electric hookup and water on each pitch.
Nearby Attractions
In the area there is plenty to do, a short walk away is the Wensleydale Railway which can take you into either Leyburn or Bedale, a bus stop is about a 20 minute walk away and we have 3 pubs within a 25 minute walk.
