Eye Kettleby Lakes is a 5* adults-only caravan site along with 12 log cabins and 8 brand new glamping pods with 8 coarse fishing lakes.
Situated in the Leicestershire countryside on 150-acres, Eye Kettleby Lakes could be the ideal getaway for keen anglers and adults seeking a quiet, scenic holiday, the fishery are part of the family run site which has been established for more than 20 years.
Our luxury adult only touring site has been awarded 5 stars by Visit Britain. The touring park is split into two main areas offering 5 star facilities, the northern site developed in 2012 has 61 pitches (47 full service), The southern part of the park is brand new and opened in April 2018 with 69 full service pitches.
Facilities: Our award winning individual toilet and shower facilities are commended by guests as the best in the country. Underfloor heating and piped music in each individual room give the feel of a private en suite bathroom. Our spacious disabled toilet and shower wet room with quality fixtures and fittings provides an excellent accessible and comfortable room.
Dogs: We have warm dog showers available to wash those muddy paws after lots of countryside walks. There are two secure dog walking areas, where dogs can run free while you stroll at your leisure, chat with other dog owners or simply sit down on a wooden bench and admire the countryside views
Glamping: If you don`t want to stay on the campsite, Eye Kettleby Lakes also offers 12 traditional, round-log cabins that are available to rent as well as 8 brand new luxury glamping pods that are set in the woods, equipped with en-suites and kitchenettes. They are the ideal accommodation for anyone wanting a quick get-away without the hassle of towing their caravan, also perfect for anglers or anyone needing a peaceful week away.
The Grounds: Set across one and half acres our site boasts beautiful country walks and offers excellent access to our seven coarse fishing lakes, with between 10 and 60 pegs each to allow a broad range of fishing activities. Various types of carp, bream, barbel, tench and roach can be caught to name a few, and guests can request food and drinks to be delivered to them by the lakeside in the mornings.
Clubhouse: Our clubhouse is the hub of the holiday park and home to our bar and tearoom where we open everyday of the week serving Breakfast Lunch , Sunday Lunch. The Eye Kettleby Lakes clubhouse offers a relaxing environment for all of our guests to enjoy a drink from our fully stocked bar with local ales and over 30 different gins (we even allow your four legged friends to join you in our dedicated pet friendly lounge).
We also offer a free wireless network in the clubhouse where you can check emails and catch up with family and friends whilst away. Local Ales…. Gin Bar…… Live Music Nights……
If you are looking for something to do whilst staying at Eye Kettleby Lakes, Melton Mowbray is just 3 miles away which is a historic market town famous for its fabulous pork pies and Stilton cheese. Market days are Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, they also just a short drive away from Belvoir castle, Woollaton Hall as well as a Leicester and Nottingham city centre.

Local Market town Melton Mowbray is only 3.5 miles from the complex. Here you will find weekly farmers markets & car boots. Melton is a quaint market town, but has all the main stores for your convienance and highly recommended Cheese & Pork Pie shops!

From A1 North come off at A607 to Melton Mowbray or from A1 South come off at A606 Melton Mowbray, follow signs to Melton Mowbray, go through Melton Mowbray and out onto the A607 Leicester Rd, for 1 1/2 miles, turn left towards Great Dalby, Eye Kettleby Lakes is one mile on the left.
From M1 leave at junction 21A onto the A46 towards Melton Mowbray leave A46 onto A607 towards Melton Mowbray, through Kirby Bellars, take 2nd right towards Great Dalby, Eye Kettleby Lakes is 1 mile on the left. The third left turning from the main Leicester road.
