Ballater Caravan Park with its spectacular panoramic mountain views, is bordered by the river Dee on one side and the Ballater golf course on the other.
This is an exceptional holiday destination for people and families of all ages, being only a 5 minute walk from Ballater`s centre with its plentiful cafes, restaurants and shops, including the famous Deeside Sweetie Factory with its own shop.
Ballater is famous for its walks and many can be accessed from the site or if you are a keen cyclist, bike hire is available in the town centre.
Ballater Caravan Park caters for touring caravans, motorhomes and camping. It offers a range of facilities but there are many more to be found within walking distance.

Ballater golf course welcomes visitors so come along if you and friends fancy a round or 2 of golf or if you are around in August, try and take in the Ballater Highland games and Victoria Week both of which are always very popular.
With the Royal Castle of Balmoral a short drive away, and The Old Station where Queen Victoria and her guests arrived by train, an insight into Ballater`s historical royal connection can be seen at the museum attached to the Old Station.
Ballater is known as the Jewel of the Cairngorms so come along, enjoy your stay and recognise why Queen Victoria referred to Royal Deeside as her "Dear Paradise".
Nearby Attractions
Ballater is located in the eastern part of the Cairngorms National Park and Scotland`s finest mountains are in easy reach. Beautiful scenery abounds.
Royal Balmoral Castle, holiday home to the Queen is eight miles away. Fine castles and whisky distilleries are nearby.
Ballater is a mecca for walkers, cyclists, anglers, golfers and lovers of outdoor life.
Ballater hosts popular golf weeks and walking weeks in May and the Victoria Week festival in August when it also holds the Highland Games. (The famous games at Braemar, Lonach and Aboyne are nearby.)

From Perth follow A93 scenic route toward Aberdeen passing though through Blairgowrie, Braemar into the centre of Ballater. When you reach the centre of Ballater turn right into Victoria Road. After 400 yards turn left into Braichlie Road, the caravan park is directly ahead.
