Hill Pond Caravan & Camping Park is only 2 miles from Junction 30 of the M5 and yet it is in the wonderful East Devon countryside overlooking green fields and trees.

The caravan and camping park has 40 pitches in total and lots of other facilities including:

Electric hook ups.
hard standing pitches.
New toilet block with showers.
Washing up facilities.
Laundry facilities.
Hair dryers.
Chemical disposal.

We are on the main bus route between Exeter and Sidmouth with buses running every half hour and Exeter city centre only 6 miles away and beaches and the World Heritage Jurassic Coast are also nearby.

There is a local shop, 2 farm shops and 3 pubs all nearby. There are supermarkets and high street shops within 5 miles.

Across the road, five minutes away from us are the rides, slides and animal attractions of Devon's Crealy Adventure Park.

Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth beaches on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast are just a 10 to 15 minute drive away or Dartmoor National park a bit further away.

2 Farm shops, 2 pubs and a local village shop are all within a mile.

We are just 2 miles from Junction 30 of the M5. On leaving the M5 onto the Sandygate roundabout take the Exit signposted for Exmouth & Sidmouth A376, at the next roundabout go straight on following the A3052 for Sidmouth. Go past Westpoint and then the Cat and Fiddle Pub and after about 100 yards turn left (you will see our Hill Pond Caravan and Camping Site sign) then turn right into the first property. Follow the drive up into the Caravan & Camping Park. Postcode for Sat Nav is EX5 1DP.
