You`ve just found a rarity! Leadstone Holiday Park is a traditional, uncommercialized Camping site. Its beautifully located and near Dawlish Warrens famous Blue Flag - beach and Nature Reserve. Dogs are permitted at points along the beach (Just 10 minutes safe walk along a pavement).The local bus stop is right outside.
We have 137 grass pitches available, each with electric, suitable for motorhomes, caravans, campervans and tents. We also have all of the amenities you need to enjoy your break including a small shop for all the essentials, a launderette, modern shower block and a play park for the kids to run off some energy.
Modern facilities block with privacy rooms in ladies and gents. plus unisex showers. (20p for 5 minutes).
We have built a reputation for our friendly, personal approach and are always ready to help with your questions and problems. Nikki and Glenn along with Mandy, Will, Charlie and Jo look forward to welcoming you - together with lots of familiar faces we see year after year.

The excellent Forest Fungi Farm Shop just 100 metres from us serves a lovely range of Breakfasts (full English if you are looking for a recommendation!) and Cream Teas in their "Canteen" - you must try it!
OWL FIELD Our largest field, straight ahead as you arrive at the park, is perfect for all motorhomes, caravans, campervans and tents. It has pitches around the hedge with extra-large pitches in the middle that are ideal to drive straight on to and perfect for sun worshippers. We recommend bringing chocks as when the field was formed it has a very slight slant on some pitches. There is a ramp to the shower block so its easily accessible.
BADGER FIELD Situated past reception and past the shower block, this field has a play park and a large grass area. The ground is more suitable to campervans and tents due to the rolling hills. It gets lots of sun but there are some hedges around to get a bit of shade, giving you the best of both worlds. This is a favourite of our visiting families who like to make friends and couples who enjoy spending quality time together
FOX FIELD A beautiful field that has it all, large hedges for the shade in the evenings, pitches with the shade in the morning, a sea view before everything springs in to bloom and a beautiful array of trees and bushes and its also close to all amenities.
RABBIT FIELD Our smallest field with only nine pitches, close to the shower block and perfect for those quiet, relaxing evenings. Field 4 is fairly flat but again advisable to bring your chocks.

By Car - Leave the M5 at JCN 30 and take A379 road signposted to Dawlish. Approach Dawlishing (approx 20 minutes), turn left on brow of hill signposted "Dawlish Warren". Our site is 0.5 mile on RIGHT. **SAT NAV- ignore "Turn left into Week Lane" and take NEXT left into Warren Road!!**
By Bus - Stagecoach No.2 service to/from Exeter. Change to the 22 at the main road junction "Marine Stores" stop, ask for Leadstone Camping - the "stop" is at our gate. (About 10 mins walk from the main road). It is the No. 22 from Torquay direction.
By Rail - Trains stop at Dawlish (then take Exeter bound bus or taxi) or Dawlish Warren (10mins walk).
By Cycle / on foot - We are just 10mins / 0.5mile from the NCN2 Exe Estuary Cycle Trail and South
