Well laid out, Drinking Water everywhere, play area, open space for ball games, small shop, nice owners, nicely, calmly and quietly run.
Good toilets and showers.
Within 10 min walk of a pub and shops and children's fun: Dawlish Warren.
30 minute walk to next, bigger Town: Dawlish

Very pleasant people working on site and a good atmosphere with friendly fellow visitors.
The showers were clean, large and good to use.
Overall a great base especially with the local bus service stop just outside the entrance gate.
An added bonus is the Mushroom Farm next door with a great restaurant.
Hopefully we shall return in the near future.

We love this site, we have been going for 10 years.
The staff are friendly and efficient.
A special thank you to Nikki for booking us the day before and generally to all the staff who are so helpful.
We were in field one with an electric hook up.
Site is immaculately kept, with washing facilities, laundry toilets, gray water and waste they have a large disabled shower room with toilet.
There is a bus stop right outside the gate to take you to Teignmouth and Paignton.
We had a very pleasant seven nights day the site is quiet and relaxing.

A lovely site between Dawlish Warren and Dawlish Town with coastpath/cyclepath passing nearby.
Friendly and helpful staff and site is well kept.
Even when busy it didn't feel crowed.

Arrived to a friendly welcome, and shown to the first field, with a water tap right next to the van. Great spaces, full sun all day when the sun is out.
You need 20p for the shower.
Walked to Dawlish along the coastal path, and got the train to Starcross to get the ferry to Exmouth. Bus stop outside the site.
Great site, if in the area again, would definitely go back.
