Little family run quiet camp site nestled behind Watergate Bay in a quiet secluded valley. Offering a great eco friendly camping, glamping and caravanning experience. A food and cocktail barn and holistic yurt were both new in 2023 and already extremely popular.
In peak times campers can subscribe to craft activities and a sound bath. Our valley is known for it tranquil peaceful setting. Walk the streaming chillax many just stay on site for a day.
Won GOLD 2020 and Silver 2024 in the Cornwall Tourism awards for the Best Camping and Caravanning touring site. Won SILVER in 2020 South West (6 counties) for the Best Camping and Caravanning touring site.
Toilet and shower facilities in 2016 - awarded Platinum status by the National Loo of the Year Award
Ladies and gents each with 4 toilets, 3 shower (all hot water)
Disabled toilet
Hair dryer, shaver socket.
Communal Kitchen & freezer for freezing ice packs.
Wild play area f the children with upturned boat and rope swing over the stream.
Farm Shop. selling essentials, milk, bread, local meats, marshmallows, biscuits gas, tins, wood.
Fire pits and Chimneas are available to hire
Camping , motorhome/caravan around a sunny touring ring. 10amp Electric hook-ups.
Glamping experiences - with huge luxury Safari Tent (house), bell tent, cute BBQ lodge, one pod and an old Library bus.
Dogs welcome, if kept on a lead and the owners religiously poop and scoop.
Set in 5 acres of Cornish bliss, not overlooked by houses and no road insight. A babbling stream, horses, lots of rabbits and their young on the land, a wonderful array of wild birds, butterflies and dragon flies.
1.25 miles walk to Porth or Whipsiderry Beaches.
Close to Padstow, south coast is 1/2 hr away and Truro and Eden Project.
An ever changing palette of natural colour. In Spring the valley is covered with yellow gorse spectacular against the white blossom of sloe berry and hawthorn. Summer provides a purple and silver palette with the buddleia and Aspen trees. Autumn abundance of berries from the rose hips, blackberries, rowan trees.
Our barn provides wood fired Pizza, Tacos, Moroccan nights, huge vegetarian selection, wood fired Sunday roasts. Cocktails by the stream.
Crafts and activities in peak season include offerings on painting, willow weaving, recycling workshop, decoupaging, silk card painting. Sea glass workshops. Sound bathing or yoga
You are guaranteed a warm welcome at our little camp site with a big atmosphere.

Owner Directions
Follow signs to Watergatebay. Off the B3276 Watergate Road
Take Trevelgue Road for 1.5 miles, to the very end of the road
OR - (if in a small vehicle) Off the Newquay Rd, A3059, take the turning right to the RAF camp/ Treloy Park and left down a little unnamed road. It is very narrow and steep. ignore sat navs that say turn right into Hendra Paul Cottages, instead continue ALL the way to the bottom and at the T junction turn right
EVERYONE - Ignore the No Through Road sign, pass the stables on your left at the bottom of the road you should see our sign. Turn right, keep the stream on your right, take the road on to the site between 2 pampas grasses.
