The Happy Pheasant Caravan Park and Campsite Malpas is a brand-new campsite that opened in March 2022. It is an adult only licensed campsite with 16 fully serviced hard standing pitches.

The Happy Pheasant is based on an old historic working farm set in the very peaceful open countryside of Malpas in Cheshire. The surrounding area is blessed by open fields and views over the Clwydian mountain range, Beeston Castle and Peckforton Castle.

There are many footpaths and bridleways for walkers and cyclists to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Leading through the private gated opening of The Happy Pheasant there is 16 generously sized, well-spaced hardstanding pitches each with their own 10amp electric supply, water supply and their own grey waste water grid. There are two Elsan tipping points on site for chemical toilet waste.

We have a separate field for tents and rallies that can also be used for grass caravan and motorhome pitches. These pitches do not have electric.

Please note there are no showers onsite.

There a small selection of friendly shops in the village of Malpas these include a bakery, launderette a coop and 2 pubs.

The Old Fire Station Cafe is located just a mile from the site and there are a number of takeaways in the nearby village.

We ask that all dogs are kept quiet and on a lead at all times while on site but there is a dedicated 20 acre dog walking area! We do not accept any dogs that are breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act and we will refuse entry.

We are very environmentally conscious and ask that all waste recycled and split between cardboard/paper, glass, metal and plastics (except black plastic) and left in the recycling boxes at the designated recycling point.

Pitch sizes are 5.2m Wide X 11m-13m long so we are able to accommodate even the largest UK twin axial caravans and motorhomes

PRICES PER NIGHT ARE:-
£31.50 for a fully serviced electric pitch (Fiday-Sunday)
£24.99 for a fully serviced electric pitch (Monday-Thursday)
£26.50 for a non-electric pitch (Fiday-Sunday)
£19.99 for a non-electric pitch (Monday-Thursday)
