LINTON LOCK MARINA & CAMPSITE BAR & BISTRO
Linton Lock and Lock House are located near the small village of Linton-on-Ouse, about 7 miles north west of York, on the River Ouse. A Unique private run site with many improvements have been made to the camping, caravan areas and to the Marina. Please note that all under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
New in 2024 "Live at the Lock" Wendy has decided to not only continue with the Bank Holiday BBQ`s but also will be providing live music at the Lock House to include local Entertainer Paul Moore! sit by the Lock and enjoy a sing along whilst drinking in the Yorkshire sunshine!!
In our seasonal area (March to end of October) there are no pitches available at the moment, Riverside camping with perfect views please email if interested.
Touring caravans, caravanette and tent owners are welcome at Linton Lock.
We can offer touring pitches for any number of nights stay. Electric hook-ups if needed. Prices including electric from £30.00 per night.
PLEASE NOTE. It is essential to book if you want to camp in the school holidays or bank holiday weekends

Good news Wendy is now the proud Owner of the Lock House, it has been refurbished with a new bright, clean look and the kitchen has got a rating of 5* top marks with "home made food of the highest standard and served by our friendly Staff"
Wendy will be serving Sunday Lunches,(bookings advisable). Traditional home cooked food with specials offered each day.The Lock House will also be serving light lunches & snacks, soup`s, tea & coffee etc during the day, with a child welcome policy, Dog`s welcome outside & water is made available to them come and join us I think you will be pleased.
Nearby Attractions
Here at Linton Lock on the River Ouse we are fortunate to be able to boast some of the best coarse fishing in the country. The river Ouse is home to several varieties of fish including Pike up to 30lb!,Chubb,Bream,Perch even the occasional Brown Trout has been spotted!
We also have slipway facility for launching day boats, Paddle Boards & Canoes at a small charge, pre booking is advised on weekends & Bank Holidays.

The best route for caravans,if you are arriving from the south , via the A1, take the A64 to York and then the A19 North and pick up the signs for RAF Linton On Ouse.
From the north A1,then A168 onto the A19 south(York)
