Nearby Attractions
For days out, the sandy Lincolnshire coast is no more than a 30-40 minute drive away. There are quiet places and nature reserves to be found or traditional seaside resorts like Skegness or Cleethorpes to entertain you.
In the opposite direction is the city of Lincoln which has one of England`s best cathedrals, a castle, easy shopping and a riverside waterfront full of food outlets.
For families Rand Park Farm is a enjoyable day out with younger children. Wolds wildlife park is just a couple of miles from the campsite.
Cadwell Park motor racing circuit is just three miles away which hosts various motor racing events and track days throughout the year.
Louth and Horncastle are our two nearest towns. Both have market days, excellent independent shops and cafes, leisure centres and Louth has a cinema too.
SAT NAV gets you close, LN11 9WA - Shoe Lane is a dead end road off Watery Lane which is where most Sat Navs tend to home in on.
From North (Louth) 1.Take A153 towards Horncastle. 2.After passing through Scamblesby turn right towards Goulceby (signposted) 3.Turn right at the next T-junction into Goulceby. 4.Shoe Lane is on your left. (Dead end road)
From South (Horncastle) Take A153 from Horncastle to Louth After about 5 miles turn left on a sharp bend, signposted Goulceby. Follow into the village and then take the first left into Shoe Lane. (Dead end road)
There are brown direction signs from the A153.
