Nestled in the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside, Orchard Farm Certificated Site is the ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. The site offers just five grass pitches on a spacious field. Pitch a tent or bring a motorhome, caravan, campervan or RV.
The site has plenty of nature walks nearby, surrounded by woodland, keep your eyed peeled for some wildlife and enjoy stunning views in the surroundings.
We are a very quiet site. Our site is a short drive away from the historic city of Cambridge.
Four-legged friends are welcome to join you on your stay.
Sorry, campfires and BBQs are not permitted.
Please note, there are no toilet or shower facilities.
We have a wide entrance that can easily accommodate large vans and campers.
Pitch without electric hookup : £11.00 per night.
Pitch with electric hookup: £19.00.
Free Wi-Fi when it is available.
Onsite facilities include Ice pack freezing and phone charging.
There is a Budgens just five minutes from the site and for a bite to eat the Blue Lion is also just five minutes away.
Nearby Attractions
Nearby we have the historic university city of Cambridge, Wimpole Estate (National Trust). The Greenwich Meridian Trail and the ancient Hardwick Wood.
Further afield there is the Duxfield Imperial War Museum, Grafham Water Centre, Huntingdon Racecourse and the market towns of St Neots, Royston, Huntingdon and Ely. For eating out we have The Red House Longstowe, Tai Yuen Chinese at Toft and The Lalbagh Indian diner at Bourn.
If you are looking for something a little more, The Varsity, The Millworks, Mudsummer House, The Cambridge Chop House or Brownes are all in or around Cambridge
Leave A428 at Hardwick, Dry Drayton junction, follow SPs for Caldecote/Bourn. At first rdbt take left exit, follow road through Caldicote Highfields. After approximately 2m, site on left hand side after red telephone box.
