Higher Moor is a small family site with 23 large level pitches in a 2 acre enclosed field within easy walking distance of Porth Joke and Crantock beaches. All pitches are around the perimeter leaving the centre clear for the children to play. It has two modern toilet blocks,a laundry room and disabled facilities. The site nestles in a valley on the edge of Cubert Common providing unrestricted walking for miles. It is thus ideal for dog owners or those wishing to explore the stunning scenery of the North Cornwall coast. The village of Crantock and the hamlet of West Pentire are within walking distance where visitors can enjoy the local pubs and art galleries, stock up at the village shop and post office, or visit the beautiful church.
Nearby Attractions
Higher Moor is centrally located on the North Coast. The world famous Eden Project is within 30 mins drive,as are many other family attractions. The cathedral town of Truro, St Ives, Lands End, Helston, and all cornish places of note are within easy striking distance. The bustling town of Newquay, with its national surfing beach and surf shops is just 3 miles by road or one across the beach. Golf courses abound, and riding is readily available.

Owner Directions
Leave the A30 signposted Newquay on the A392. Follow the signs for Newquay until entering Quintrell Downs. Continue straight on at the next two roundabouts. At the third, turn left. 200M turn right signposted Crantock. Follow the signs for Crantock. Now follow the brown tourist sign for Treago Camp Site. Follow the signs all the way to Treago and continue down the lane through the site. Higher Moor is located at the end of this lane.
