Located within the pretty Lincolnshire Wolds countryside, the Three Horseshoes pub, campsite and glampsite is a fabulous place to stay, especially for those looking for a pub nearby. The owners have developed a excellent reputation for good food and drink alongside a friendly atmosphere both on the park and within the pub. Accommodation includes luxury ensuite lodge pods,pods with toilets, camping pods, camping pitches and hardstanding touring pitches.

There is a lot going on for the autumn and winter2023/2024 with cosy log burners and a warm welcome in the pub, delicious food and drinks along with, Friday night fun pop bingo, great fun for a sing along. The Three Horseshoes pub and campsite is run by its hands on owners Denise and Ian. They offer a friendly welcome amidst a quiet rural setting with fabulous views over the Lincolnshire Wolds. The campsite and glampsite, to the rear of the pub have an excellent choice of accommodation with camping pitches, hardstanding touring pitches with electric hookup pitches for campers and tourers to a range of modern glamping facilities that includes fully furnished pod lodges with their own ensuite shower rooms, kitchenette, sofa and TV but also, smaller camping pods and a shepherds hut.
The camping area enjoys far reaching views with spacious pitches serviced with optional 16A electrical hook-up.
The glamping facilities are mostly sited within their own landscaped area and include three ensuite pod lodges with a TV, bed, sofa bed, plus an en-suite shower and toilet, plus a choice of furnished pods, micro pod,camping pods and a shepherd`s hut. There is something for everyone - from beautiful alfresco hotel level comfort down to our two man tent sized micro pod, a simple and cheap bunk for the night.
Order a takeaway pizza from the pub,delivered to your pod or pitch, hire a firepit and toast some marshmallows or visit our pub and enjoy lots of games including a free pool table.
Many of our glamping options are dog friendly as is the pub, there are many lovely walks on your doorstep for you and your dog to enjoy.
Nearby Attractions
For days out, the sandy Lincolnshire coast is no more than a 30-40 minute drive away. There are quiet places and nature reserves to be found or traditional seaside resorts like Skegness or Cleethorpes to entertain you.
In the opposite direction is the city of Lincoln which has one of England`s best cathedrals, a castle, easy shopping and a riverside waterfront ideal for lunch.
For families Rand Park Farm is a enjoyable day out with younger children. Wolds wildlife park is just a couple of miles from the campsite.
Cadwell Park motor racing circuit is just three miles away which hosts various events and track days throughout the year.
Louth and Horncastle are our two nearest towns. Both have market days, excellent independent shops and cafes, leisure centres and Louth has a cinema too.
SAT NAV gets you close, LN11 9WA - Shoe Lane is a dead end road off Watery Lane which is where most Sat Navs tend to home in on.
From North (Louth) 1.Take A153 towards Horncastle. 2.After passing through Scamblesby turn right towards Goulceby (signposted) 3.Turn right at the next T-junction into Goulceby. 4.Shoe Lane is on your left. (Dead end road)
From South (Horncastle) Take A153 from Horncastle to Louth After about 5 miles turn left on a sharp bend, signposted Goulceby. Follow into the village and then take the first left into Shoe Lane. (Dead end road)
There are brown direction signs from the A153.
