Glanllyn is situated in a prime position on the shore of Waless largest natural lake. The parks 16 acres of level natural parkland with mature trees and spectacular views of nearby hills and mountains make it an idyllic spot to pitch a caravan, motorhome, tent or campervan with a choice of level grass or hardstanding pitches.
For water sports enthusiasts we have our very own private shingle beach with easy launching area for windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding. If wild swimming is your thing, Llyn Tegid offers a tranquil, breath-taking mountain backdrop.
For children, there is a safe enclosed playground also pottering around in the river & lake is as good a pastime as any.
Inflatables allowed on the lake and river but buoyancy aids must be worn. Glanllyn Bay is a safe, shallow bay for children to learn to canoe, sail and stand-up paddleboard.
There is a small camp shop & tourist information area, a laundrette & dishwashing area and excellent heated toilet & shower facilities.

We have a mixture of hard-standing and grass pitches for caravans. Motor homes to be pitched on our hard-standing areas. Small VW type campervans or similar to be pitched on grass, with a choice of electrical pitch or non- electrical pitch.
For tents, take your pick from grass, non-electrical pitches along the river and close to the lake or tent pitches with electricity hook-up.

The small market town of Bala is 3 miles away with plenty of small shops, pubs & retaurants, cinema and a leisure centre with swimming pool. There is a foot/bike path from our park to Bala also on a busroute with a bus stop at our entrance gates.
The mountain ranges of Arans, Arenigs, Berwyns and Cader Idris are all close by with an abundance of walking rouptes. The beautiful beaches of Barmouth, Fairbourne, Harlech and Black Rock Sands are all within 45 minutes by car.
Local attractions and advertures include White Water Rafting, Abseiling, Gorge Walking, Mountain Biking, Zip Forest and Zip Wire, Great Little Trains of North/Mid Wales, Castles and beautiful gardens.
