Philpin Farm Campsite is a small quiet site set on a family run hill farm in the Yorkshire Dales nestled between Ingleborough and Whernside 2 of the Yorkshire Three Peaks.
It is 5 miles from the nearest village of Ingleton and 2 miles from Ribblehead Station and viaduct on the famous Settle to Carlisle line
It is a small 2 tiered sites with areas at the bottom and top of a small hill, the car park is adjacent to the top area as no cars are allowed on the camping field.
We have a Toilet and shower block which also includes washing up facilities The old barn is available to sit eat and socialise in if required it also has free wifi and charging lockers
Barbeques allowed if raised off the ground strictly no fires
At weekends Philpin Snack bar is open in the barn Available on request to purchase on the Campsite are; • Cooked breakfasts and packed lunches • Homemade cakes • Socks, gloves, hats and rain ponchos.
We have strict no noise policy between 11pm and 7am Limited mobile reception ask to use landline in emergencies
You will like our site if you like walking and the great outdoors there are lots of walks from the campsite from easy strolls or climbing the three peaks (Ingleborough, Whernside or Penyghent) also rock climbing and caving nearby

From the North M6 leave at junction 36 take A65 to Ingleton From the South M6 leave at junction 34 take the A683 to Ingleton From the East leave the A1 at Harrogate take the A59 to Skipton then the A65 to Ingleton AT INGLETON Take the B6255 to Hawes 5 miles on here past the white scar caves at the top of the big hill just past the old school on your left look for the brown campsite sign, turn over the cattle grid 300 metres down philpin lane the site is on the left immediately after the barn From North East A1 exit at Leeming bar for Bedale take the A684 to Hawes then the B6255 12 miles on here down the hill just past The Old Hill Inn look for brown campsite sign on the right
