Enjoy a relaxing holiday at Riddings Wood set in 11 acres of tranquil woodland.
The touring park has 26 hardstanding pitches for caravans and motorhomes with grass for areas and 16 Amp electric hook-up points.
60 Grass pitches are situated close to the amenities with 10 Amp EHU and a further 50 `Non-electric` pitches for tents are also available.
The lower camping field can accommodate all sizes of tents from `pop-up` to large family and grouped tents, and also has limited EHU`s for tents allowing a mixture of EHU and Non-EHU groups in this area.
There is a children`s play area in the lower camping field and a tourist information point is at reception for local advice and guidance.
There is a new toilet and shower block with disabled, baby changing and external pot washing facilities provided. The site is monitored by CCTV and security barriers operate to control vehicle access.
The site can also cater for caravan rallies at certain times of the yerar during Low Season.
Children will enjoy playing in our playground with climbing frames and swings offering a secure and safe area for children to be outside in the fresh air of the countryside.
Enjoy family picnics in a safe and secure environment at our Picnic Areas which are positioned around the park exclusively for all caravan and camping visitors.
Online and Telephone bookings are accepted using most debit/credit cards.
Prices start from just £19 per night including electric hook up, We offer reasonable rates for Mid and High Seasons and extras are charged at the lowest possible cost to ensure we offer a price friendly stay for families and groups. visit our website for full tariffs.

from the M1 (North/South) exit at Junction 27 & take the A608 Heanor. Turn right onto the B600 for Alfreton/Selston & follow the B600 before turning left onto the B6016 Jacksdale. Follow the B6016 & Riddings Wood is on the right hand side.
From the A38 (Burton, Derby, Mansfield)
From the South (Derby) follow the A38 and take the A610 exit for Ripley, continue on the A610 before turning left onto Brittain Drive just past the car superstore. Turn right into High Holborn Road & follow the road & at the end of the road turn left into Alfreton Road/Codnor Lane/Newlands Road. Take a right onto South Street (B6016) towards Selston. Follow the B6016 (Bullock Lane) to the right & Riddings Wood is on the left.
