The Mile Caravan Park is open all year round and is perfect for families, couples, or individuals, and well-behaved pets. Our flat, well-drained pitches are suitable for motorhomes and caravans, and we also have some hard-standing pitches.

The campsite is situated 1/2 a mile roughly a 10 to 15 minute walk from the historic market town of Pocklington where there is an array of independent retailers, pubs and restaurants.

All pitches are flat, grass and on well draining land. We now have 15 hard standing pitches over looking the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds.

There are 5 wet room style rooms, including 1 with disabled facilities. Each of these has a shower, toilet, and basin. Additional toilets can be found in a separate, unisex block for when the wet rooms are busy.

The site has facilities accessed via ramp made from paving stones from both fields, this includes a disabled facility suitable for wheelchair users, there is easy access to the site which is situated directly behind the farm shop.

We have horses and ponies at both sides of the camping field.

There is wifi which is included in the price

The farm shop sells lots of local produce, from your everyday staples, egg, bacon, bread and milk etc, to the more specialist locally made produce including jams, chutneys, cheeses, beers, ciders even a specialist gin department ! Ideal for having a wander and a peruse.

Our cafe offers a wide range of healthy locally produced food, including barista coffees, freshly made cakes, along with very popular full English breakfasts, toasties and sandwiches. There are a number of choices of seating areas. The cafe itself has an outside play paddock with picnic benches, there is a dog friendly seating area under the veranda as well as in the farm shop.

The Caravan Park is ideally situated at the foot of the stunning Yorkshire Wolds, soon to be classified as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, enabling access to wonderful walk-routes.

We are also located a short 15 minute walk from the picturesque market town of Pocklington, where independent bars, restaurants, and shops can be found.
