Pitches: Up to 6 Bell tents

Beautiful and spacious meadow. Summer season. Back to nature pop up site. Sole use available. Rural yet easy access to main roads, pub, restaurant and shop within walking distance. London from around an hour.
No sharing of facilities with those outside of your group.
Glamping for couples, individual families, groups and family gatherings.
If you`re looking for somewhere to enjoy the great outdoors, family fun, quiet nights, relaxing in a chilled out space, a place to return to and relax after a day or night out or for celebrating a wedding, birthday, or reunion, this would suit you well.
Countryside, wildlife, fresh air, plus kitchen facilities, toilets, showers parking and wi fi,!
Suits couples, families and groups. Book individual tents or up to six for sole use for your family gathering
General campsite guidelines apply, all quiet after 11pm.
Glamping: Stay in our 5 metre Bell tents, £299 for 2 guests or £339 for a family of 4, for a 2 night weekend. £309/£369 3 nights. Incl, beds , bedding, towels and equipment, Gas BBQ and Firepit with gas and logs incl.
Sole use site available your own Bell tent village and facilities: 2 - 6. 5 metre tents. 8- 30 guests.
Some dates available with sole use of site.
Events and wedding subject to prior approval,
from £1200 per night minimum 2 nights. Exclusive venue. we restrict use to only a few times each year. Great as a blank canvas for your wedding. Please ask for information regarding suitability of you plans .

Ideal central location for exploring Kent, very rural but only a mile and a half from main roads and the village shop and pub. Easy access from Motorways,Ports, Stations,London and airports. Many local attractions, plus a broad variety of pubs take aways and restaurants. Tenterden 3 miles with supermarket. Ashford outlet shopping. Many golf courses, Chart Hills 3 miles. Local walks and footpaths. Bedgebury forest and Pinetum 12 miles. Shopping at Tenterden, Ashford or Lakeside and Bluewater further afield. Sissinghurst castle 7 miles, Leeds castle 15 miles, Penshurst Place. Camber Sands beautiful beach 19 miles. Canterbury Cathedral 24 miles and Dickens Rochester 22 miles.
Excellent location for country walks and cycle rides throughout the Weald, from local footpaths, to the well documented pilgrims way.
