Celebrating our 90th Anniversary in 2025
OUR PRICES HAVE NOT INCREASED FOR 2025. BOOKINGS NOW BEING TAKEN.
Pennymoor will have been owned and run by the same family for 90 years in 2025 and we are looking forward to seeing you all this season.
If you would like to call the office to make a booking we can allocate your pitch or holiday caravan according to your requirements and choice, where possible.
We are open from 15th March to 1st November for camping/touring caravans and motorhomes and an extended opening time of 15th March to 15th January for Holiday Caravan Owners and Static Caravan hire.

We cater for tents of all shapes and sizes, touring caravans and motorhomes, and large pitches. We have a superb selection of self catering static Holiday Caravans for hire to suit your requirements, all fully equipped, some with central heating and double glazing. Also a luxury three bedroom Lodge, with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, superb kitchen and lounge diner.
Nearby Attractions
A fabulous choice of places to visit, Historic Modbury approx (2 miles) and Kingsbridge Estuary are the nearest towns each offering a wide variety of shops, pubs and places to eat.
A short drive will enable you to discover the famous Burgh Island and Bigbury On Sea, a favourite for surfing, kayaking and paddleboarding. New to Kingsbridge and proving very popular, you can hire "Chilli Boats" from Neptune Eco Water Craft who can be contacted on 077067 51314. Favourites also include Bantham beach, Thurlestone Beach, Hope Cove and Salcombe. Take the opportunity to visit the City of Plymouth with its historic and modern combinations, or there`s beautiful Totnes and Dartmouth, Torquay and other Torbay attractions are within easy reaching distance. Dartmoor is a 30 minute drive inland. The list is endless

Owner Directions
Directions from Exeter (M5) Take the A38.
Leave the A38 at Wrangaton Cross. Go one mile to *Kittaford Cross. BEST ROUTE - Take 3rd exit onto A3121, travel for 5 miles. Take the first exit at the roundabout to join the A379 Modbury road, and travel through Modbury. 1 mile after Modbury turn left at Harraton Cross. Pennymoor is 1 mile on left
Alternatively, at *Kittaford Cross take second exit onto B3196 and after four miles take the SECOND left turn AFTER the California Cross petrol station. Our site is one and a half miles on the right
