Slade paddock is an ideal location for Ely (5 miles). There is also a regular bus service within a short walk from the site.
We have a pub for use in the village.
The area offers many different and scenic walks for ramblers and directly across the road from the site there is a dog walking track for those bringing pets. There are many cycle routes for keen riders.
There is a trampoline and football goals for travellers with children.
This site is on a small working family farm.
Newly added kitchen/pot-wash facility, disabled toilet and shower, 2 new wet rooms, shower and information room, complete with settees, chilled cabinet for visitor's use and 42 inch TV.

There are many historic and interesting places nearby - we have a information table that provides you with ideas for outings.
As well as Ely, other places of interest within close driving distance are Cambridge (15 miles), Newmarket (12 miles) and Peterborough (25 miles).
