Twelve Oaks Farm is a fully working farm of nearly 250 acres, specialising in Charolais beef cattle. The caravan park is bordered by the River Teign and on the edge of the village of Teigngrace. We have both caravan park and luxury holiday cottage facilities for you to enjoy.
Set in quiet rural surroundings there is no main road outside the site, leaving you to enjoy a peaceful sleep and reassuring you of road safety for the children.
We pride ourselves on the fact that we are owner managed and previous visitors have commented on the friendly personal service they receive. Have a browse and see what Twelve Oaks has to offer you and your family.
At Twelve Oaks our touring park is open all year. We have all weather hard standings, also hard grass for the summer months.
We have electric and T.V. hook up to premium pitches . We have a laundry, small shop, calorgas on-site and also a selection of our own meat and fresh farm eggs.

We provide on site storage for your caravan, allowing you to enjoy your free time with no worries of hitching up, towing to site and driving home.
In addition to all the farm animals to see, our very own Heated swimming pool is ideal for all the family to enjoy and a wonderful place to relax and have fun.
