This campsite is in a quiet location at the top of Horner valley, 2 miles from the lovely village of Porlock on the North Exmoor coast.
Camping and Campervans:
The Horner River runs next to the camping fields, beside which you can have open camp fires. Perfect for real camping.
There are hardstandings and electric hook-ups to accommodate motorhomes as well as toilets and a shower block, plus chemical disposal point. Freezer space is available and there is the facility to wash up with hot water.
Open all year round, children and pets welcome. Open fires allowed using campsite supplied logs.
The owners bring their own farm produce for sale on site.
Glamping:
We have three options for Pool bridges idea of comfortable camping, fully furnished, warm and ready to go!
Buckley Hut, our bespoke riverside getaway. Oakwood, our really cosy Bell tent. Also our 7 metre Camper with two double beds.
There is plenty to enjoy with family and friends. Walking, mountain biking or just chilling out are all things which make Pool Bridge special.
We have farm produce for sale so get ready for real taste. We sell the logs and kindling for the camp fires
Exmoor, is a great place for seeing wild life such as Red Deer, Exmoor Ponies, Birds of Prey and many other lovely animals in their own breath-taking environment. This, all direct from the camp site.
Nearby Attractions
West Somerset has endless things to see and do Dunster Castle is great on dry or wet days open all summer
West Somerset steam rail way will take you though country side that is truly wonderful Porlock Weir is a must and then there's the coast path up over the moors to see views and places of great history and Beauty.
From the campsite the walks are straight into country side on wet days down the valley for a cream tea 3 miles. On dry days get up over the moors and just see what Exmoor is made of and why people have been staying at our camp site for 35 years

From Minehead, head toward Porlock on A39 after 5 miles at red post turn left towards West Lucombe 1/2 mile just passed West Lucombe Farm, turn right, head towards the Filter Station over cattle grid, at the fork bear left keep going up over hill past our Farm , Woodcocks Ley , down hill and at bottom don't go over bridge, camp site straight in front of you
