Set in 25 acres of idyllic countryside and only a short distance from the coast, Homestead Lake Park is the perfect choice for quiet touring and camping in Essex.
Located in the village of Weeley, our Essex touring park has 50 fully serviced pitches for touring caravans, folding caravans, trailer tents, motorhomes and a small number of pitches for tents.
We are pet friendly too!
All our pitches are fully serviced, so you have access to electric and mains water and waste disposal on your pitch. The pitch is hardstanding for your caravan/motorhome with surrounding grass areas for your awning.

2025 Pitch prices per night:
* £36 March to 3rd November
* £38 Bank holiday weekends (minimum stay 3 nights or 4 nights at Easter)
Extras per night:
£2.00 Dog

£4.00 Child under 18yrs

At the heart of our park is a large coarse fishing lake stocked with carp, perch, tench and roach, making us a popular choice for fishing holidays and breaks in the Essex area.

Child and pet-friendly, we have a range of facilities all designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, including caravan & camping shop, cafe, washing-up area and chemical disposal point.
* Toilet & Shower Block - Our touring and camping guests are free to make use of our well-maintained toilet and shower block, with baby changing facilities.
* Disabled Toilet & Shower Room - With facilities specifically designed for guests with restricted mobility, with level flooring and easy-access shower and toilet.
* Homestead Cabin Cafe - Offering hot and cold drinks and a mouth-watering selection of hot food and tasty snacks, our Cabin Cafe is the place to be!
* "The Paddock" - an open grass area suitable for ball games.

We`re located in East Essex, in the village of Weeley, set in 25 acres of countryside but only seven miles from the popular coastal town of Clacton-on-Sea. Theres lots to see and do nearby, with many top family attractions right on our doorstep.

Owner Directions
From Colchester:
Take A120, then take sliproad to A133 signed Clacton/Weeley.
At the roundabout take the first exit to Clacton, Frinton, Walton A133. Follow this road and at the next roundabout take the first exit to the B1033 to Walton, Frinton and Weeley.
At the next roundabout take the second exit, for the B1033 to Frinton, Walton and Weeley.
Keep following the B1033, past the Black Boy pub (on your left), and you can find us futher up on the left just before the turquoise/blue house, with signs for Homestead Caravans.
As you drive in the main entrance, turn right at our mini roundabout towards the barriers for the touring site entrance.
Please park as to not block the barriers and make you way back to reception at the Homestead Caravans and Outdoor Leisure office to book in and collect you barrier card.

PLEASE NOTE: The small building at the entrance barriers is NOT the booking office. You will need to walk back towards our Main reception within the Homestead Caravan Centre builiding (turn right at the mini roundabout)
