We offer traditional caravanning in a tranquil, spacious setting, ideal for the longer term guests who can remain in situ and do not have to move or relocate every 28 days! We have a happy, respectful and peaceful, gated community in a natural, rustic setting. Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and a nature, wildlife and animal lovers dream. Once on site no road can be seen or heard, only birdsong. In the heart of the beautiful 6000 acres of Epping Forest, this country retreat is remarkably only minutes from central London making it the perfect base for visiting or working in London and surrounding areas and of course an idyllic country getaway, surrounded by historic market towns, plus East and North London short drive away.
Central London is approximately 12 miles away and easy accessible by car or tube being directly on Londons central line, located at Loughton, Buckhurst Hill and more, with overhead trains and buses at Chingford E4. London is also accessible by bike via the old tow paths along the river Lea a short distance away. East and North London are within very easy access being only a few miles away. The M25 and M11 are a short drive away with easy access to other areas of the UK.
We are fantastically located being so close to London and the surrounding areas of outer London and the south east of England. Just a mile from East London E4, up the country lane we are located in and overlook the forest, a country setting where once on site no road can be seen or heard, just bird song! Overlooking the fields and forest, horses and wildlife. Stargazing, sunrises and sunsets are a part of this unique site.
Please note there is no public transport here in the forest, a car, bike or some form of personal transport is required to gain access to town and shops, unless you prefer walking which is around 3 miles to town and shops. Groceries, deliveries and takeaways can be delivered to site by the many on line order services available, and the local pub is just a few hundred meters down the country lane. Taxi cabs are easily accessible and affordable.
There are Forest walks and rides to explore within historic Epping Forest. Visit Queen Elizabeths hunting lodge and museum. Connaught Walters. Dick Turpins cave and hang outs. Waltham Abbey and gardens, where King Harolds head is said to rest. Plus numerous historic Churches. A Saxon camp and much more.
The Olympic white water canoe course is only a few minutes away, where you can ride the Olympic rapids or watch the action with a glass of bubbly or a meal and listen to the live music [during special events].
There are many famous pubs and restaurants close by, plus the historic green tea huts in the forest. Central London and all it has to offer is only minutes away by car or underground tube directly on the central London. East and North London are even closer starting from 1 mile away!
Facilities include: Mains drinking water; Mains toilets; showers and sinks with hot and cold water; Electric hookup and points, washing Machine; Hard standing and grass pitches.
Pitches are available for touring caravans, motorhomes and such, sign written vehicles are not a problem and we do not have height restrictions. Plus there are also various accommodations available on site and comprise, touring caravans. Private rooms and one bedroom apartments in log cabins with private entry via French doors onto the parks grounds. A very large two bed lodge is also available. All pitches and accommodations have a small private/garden area where you can relax, have a BBQ and chill after a busy day. Most of the sites accommodations share the sites mains toilets and shower facilities and do not have private bathrooms.
Check in time after 11am and before 5pm [unless by prior arrangement] Check out time prior to 12pm. [later stays by arrangement only at an additional fee]
Payment is in pounds sterling and is strictly payment by bank transfer. No exceptions and no credit or debit cards taken whatsoever. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please telephone 07816847541 prior to and on arrival to gain entry onto the park via our locked security gate and to be greeted and shown to your pitch. All visitors are subject to our meet and greet policy, for the safety of the horses on site.
We are at the top of Lippitts Hill, High Beach, IG10 4AW, behind the small green next door to the Elms park homes, down the gravel track. 100 yards from the Owl pub. It is a concealed entrance, Phone to be directed in and to be met.
The site is safe and secure with a locked security gate with security cameras located at the entrance and around the site. All visitors are subject to our meet and greet policy, no strangers permitted.

Our local pub the Owl is just 100 meters down the lane with great food and views.

From M25 come off at junction 26. Take the A121 to Chingford and Waltham Cross. Take the A112 to Chingford, E4. Take the second turning on the left into MOTT STREET by the Plough Pub. Take the first turning on the right into LIPPITTS HILL. WILLOWS is at the top off the hill on the left behind the small green next to the Elms Park Homes, down the gravel drive. By Tube-The closest underground station is 3 miles away at Loughton IG10, which is on the central line straight to London. A taxi from Loughton station to Willows is approx £7. By bus-The closest bus stop is 1 mile down the hill at Sewardstone Road, E4, by the Plough Pub. No 215 goes to Walthamstow Central & Underground Station. No 379 & 505 to/from Chingford.
