We are a very quiet family friendly campsite, surrounded by open countryside, situated on the edge of Romney Marsh and 15 min walk to Romney Village.
We are open 11 months and closed only in February. We have 25 hardstanding pitches, 19 tent pitches (all level) and 3 camping cabins. From June to September we also have 3 Bell Tents and 1 Trailer tent for hire.
We have a shop onsite with ice creams, cold drinks, treats, camping essentials, bags of logs, kindling & firelighters in Reception.
The Reception /Shop is open 09.00 - 12.00 & 14:00-17:00.
Facilities include shower and toilet block, a laundry room and kitchen cabin with fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle.
Grey water and waste water disposal. Fresh water points (with hose).
No ground fires are allowed, firepits only, we have a limited number of these to hire so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
The location is ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. RSPB Dungeness only 5 miles away.
There are 2 golf courses within 2 miles. There are 3 beaches within easy reach, Camber and Greatstone are very popular with our kite surfers and kite buggy racers.
Sea Fishing at Dungeness at all times of the tide, Freshwater Fishing on the Royal Military canal and various lakes in the area.

Nearby Attractions
For alternative activities, Dymchurch, New Romney, Lydd and Rye are all a short drive away 5/20 mins providing a mixture of family entertainment, beaches and historic towns.
Locally there is Lydd and New Romney golf courses. The famous Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Steam light railway, Fishing and bird watching.
There are pleasure flights and helicopter trips from Lydd Airport.
Channel tunnel and Dover sea ports are 30 and 45 mins drive away for day trips to France.
