A very picturesque campsite with spacious pitches and several lakeside pitches. Plenty of room for children to play games, explore and fly kites safely.
We have spacious pitches and lots of room for the children to play safely, the children are more than welcome to try our Nature Trail quiz and earn a medal.
On our field are several Little Tykes play items
We have easy access to the footpath to the pretty town of Burnham on Crouch (about 25min walk) if you fancy breakfast, lunch, dinner or cream tea by the river.
At the end of our drive (5min walk) is our small local pub which serves good food either inside or in the lovely garden.
We also have a well stocked FISHING LAKE and at certain times it is possible to pitch next to the lake. The lake is £10.00per rod per daytime session, ALL FISHING RULES can be found in the photo section, please ring 07775 857348 to book fishing.
Chemical toilet disposal
Upon request we can supply bricks to raise bbqs/fire pits off the ground, so as not to scorch the grass.
Although our washing up area is next to the ladies toilets, there is a door separating them, so either ladies or men can wash up.
We offer a mobile phone charging service and will gladly swap defrosted ice packs for frozen ones.
We do have a fridge to hire or just a shelf for a small fee.
Within 10min drive or 20min walk we have Chemist, newsagents, hardware store, chip shop, Indian, Chinese, pizza take always or eat in.
BOOKING ESSENTIAL, PITCH FEES £17 per night for a 4man TENT, TOURER, CAMPERVAN or MOTORHOME per unit. £20 per night per unit for 6man tent, £1 per night for an awning, £5 per night for a gazebo. £1 per dog per night, which MUST be kept on a lead at all times.

In the small town of the popular sailing village of Burnham on crouch, there is a small beach and facilities, crabbing is popular off the jettys too.
We are lucky to have one of the oldest cinemas locally, The RIo Cinema which shows the latest films approx 2weeks after release at a very small charge, relaxing on one of their sofas is a real treat.
