Description
This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only.
This is an adults only site
Pitches: 5 CAMC Members Only

Old School House cl site is for members only of the Caravan & Motorhome club offering 5 pitches.
The 3/4 acre was part of the pasture field, its now level fenced/hedged & gated with 2 fully serviced hard standing pitches & 1 standard hard standing pitch but still enough grass for all 5 units if you prefer grass weather permitting. From November- March 3 pitches on total hard standing & one 10x8m eco deck pitch (grass growing through plastic grids).
All Hookups are 16amp, the grass is mown regularly With established hedges but not too high as to detract the lovely view of our 13th century church the bells are only rung about twice a year.
All pitches have a water tap, 2 pitches do require a 25 m electric hookup cable.
We do have 1 hard standing pitch without its own water tap or EHU for £15 a night.
We can accommodate the largest of outfits including American RVs (please see photos).
Also as you can see from the photos we have great night skies & gorgeous sunsets.
Any pets are welcome, equines too!
Situated about 1/2 mile from the A47 wisbech - Kings lynn road, so easy access,with only 50 yards of single file road to negotiate, slight traffic noise if the wind is lying wrong!
There are recycling facilities, a shower & toilet (both together) which is off site up near the house, the room being the toilets when it was originally a school but thankfully it is now heated! I supply soap, toilet paper & paper towels even a chair & full length mirror, its basic but everything is provided.
Dog walks are from site, only a little road walk then onto green lanes which are public access, you hardly see a soul & can walk for miles but adjacent to the site is a large fully enclosed (stock fencing, so small dogs could escape) exercise area bring your dogs balls/toys!
We also have a fully enclosed small coppice where dogs could have an explore but I would need to know when you would like to use it.
A warm welcome awaits just can`t guarantee the same for the weather. 2024 price - £20 per night for 2 adults all inclusive, £1 per night additional adults all inclusive.

Nearby Attractions
Our village is 1 mile from site with a footpath all the way, it has a free car park with no height restrictions. The bus service is every hour to Peterborough, around the coastline to Cromer or into Norwich & onto Lowestoft. A chemist shop, licensed shop, licensed restaurant, pub, farm shop, fish & chip shop & garage that sells all sorts are also in the village.. gas is sold 1 mile away, We have dog friendly pubs within 3 miles, beaches are 30 minute drive as are bird reserves. The Sandringham estate is a 20 minute drive. All the main supermarkets are within 5 mile, Kings lynn & Wisbech are market towns steeped in history with museums & national trust houses & the famous Elgoods brewery in Wisbech & this town even has free parking, 40 minutes drive to Ely, & the train station to London is a 10 minute drive.

Please use PE14 7RZ for satnav A47 Wisbech-Kings lynn, when on dual carriageway take slip road signpost Terrington st john & Tilney st Lawrence (brown caravan sign), at top of slip road TURN LEFT (do NOT go into village) sign Hay Green & small sign for ST Johns church, enter traffic calming take 1st left into Church Lane, site on right in 50yds.
